While the long-time NHL player and coach congratulated the duo on their victory with Matt Riddle over a trio known as Imperium, he criticized Owens for staying outside the ring too long and Zayn for not being more “active” in the ring, also imploring him to reach more for tags.
Boudreau also told the duo that he would be rooting for them during their big match this Saturday, when they are scheduled to defend their titles against The Bloodline’s Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa during WWE’s Night of Champions event taking place in Saudi Arabia.

It will be the first time that Zayn, a Syrian Muslim, will compete in Saudi Arabia, having opted out of previous events in the Arab nation. Zayn also started #SamiForSyria in 2017, a charity-funded mobile clinic to help civilians displaced by war.
As for Boudreau, he was also spotted ringside in Hershey, Pa., and is known to be an avid wrestling fan. After being fired by the Canucks in January, he reportedly is in the running to return to the Washington Capitals, whom he coached from 2007-12.
